Orangeries

We are often asked the difference between an orangery and a conservatory. The quick answer is that orangeries are more like an extension room with a perimeter of roof and a glass lantern in the middle. The construction of the orangery walls are designed to match the existing property and all designs are made to our customer’s specifications.

The lanterns in our orangery roofs are made by Quantal and have a full aluminium structure that allows light to flood in, creating a stunning, welcoming experience. The glass in these roofs can be tinted blue, grey or bronze for anti-glare and can also be made to be self-cleaning.

All products are available in a range of colours and your orangery can be in any shade that is required to suit your property. Integral Blinds are available to go in the door and window sealed glass units. These blinds are in between the 2 panes of the glass unit, eliminating the need for awkward cleaning, whilst ensuring shade and privacy when required.
